Service conditions
Pool work is provided following an accepted quotation. For routine private pool maintenance, chlorine tablets are supplied by the owner while Terranova supplies ordinary pH regulators, algaecides and other agreed maintenance products. The summer programme runs from 15 May to 30 September; visit frequency is set out in the quotation.
Repairs, replacement parts, green-pool recovery and extraordinary treatments require a separate approved quotation. The advertised starting price of €99 per month plus VAT applies to the annual-payment plan for qualifying private pools up to 32 m². There is no mandatory minimum-term commitment; advance-payment and cancellation details must be agreed in the contract. Communal pools are assessed individually.
